Netaş’s acquisition of Probil, a Turkish company operating in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector, was finalized following the Turkish Competition Authority’s approval and the fulfillment of the preconditions within the previously signed Share Transfer Agreement.

Netaş CEO, C. Müjdat Altay, stated, “Our acquisition of Probil, hails the dawn of a new era for Netaş.  Netaş marked a major milestone in its 44 year strong history with this acquisition. Probil’s experience in the enterprise market combined with Netaş’s substantial customer footprint, engineering expertise and R&D skillset in communications technologies will significantly foster our growth in Turkey and also in the Region. Our combined customer base entails Region’s marquee telecom operators and more than 100 of Turkey’s 500 largest enterprises.
