According to the results of “Turkey’s First Five Hundred Information Companies” research  conducted by Interpromedya, Probil was once again ranked number one in the Office Software category.

The “First 500 Information Companies” research, which has been conducted by Interpromedya for the past 12 years, arranges companies in the information technology sector in Turkey according to their net sales revenues.

In receiving the award in the IT 500 Office Software Category, Probil’s CTO Necmi Ön had the following to say about the subject:

“We think that IT 500 research is a very important study as it contributes to the development of our country’s IT sector through the reviews it conducts on market development in Turkey and the world-wide regional analyses it performs.  We have been a part of this research from the beginning. This is the third consecutive time that we have won this award in the Office Software category.  We have won this award due to the hard work we have put forward in conducting better analyses about our customers’ needs and thereby enabling them to achieve greater efficiency quickly as a result of their investments in our products and services..

According to the IT 500 Research 2010 results, Probil stands out in many areas. We have been among the top 20 best performing IT companies in the last 3 years. Other honors that Probil has received include the following:

• Outsourcing services, support services, system integration, and software exports in the Service category

• Database software, a variety of business applications, security software, operating system and office software in the Software category

• Data communications hardware and servers in the Hardware category

When distributors and solution providers are taken separately for the purpose of making comparisons with other companies in the same category, Probil’s ranking increases from 35th to 6th in the Solution Providers category.
