EMEA Technology Investment has acquired a 42,84% share in Probil. EMEA Technology Investment Ltd. (ETI) is an private equity pledge fund managed by EFG-Hermes.  EFG is active in the areas of brokerage, asset management, and corporate finance on a regional basis.

İş Venture Capital has acquired a 10% share in Probil. The remaing Probil share certificates are allocated to sixteen Founding Members the Company.
