In addition to being the Chief Executive Officer of Probil and its subsidiaries, BDH, Akademi and Enocta, Turgut Gürsoy is also the 12th Chairman of Bilişim Sanayicileri Derneği TÜBİSAD for the current term.
Turgut Gürsoy has a degree from the Faculty of Engineering at Yıldız Teknik University and started his professional career in 1984 as a design engineer. He worked as technical manager at Transteknik Holding between 1986 and 1989. He then established Probil in 1989 and led the organizations of Proservis and Pronetwork in 1986 and 1989 respectively. In 2000, he purchased his first private equity investment from EMEA Technology and then combined Probil, Proservis, Pronetwork, Teknobim and Bordata under the name Probil A.Ş. In 2009; he sold 100 percentage of Bizitek – one of the subsidiaries of Probil to Ericsson (NASDAQ – ERIC) which is one of the telecommunication leaders in the world.

Mehmet Ali Tombalak, CEO |

With an Electronic Engineering degree from Uludağ University and an MBA from Marmara University, Mehmet Ali Tombalak started his professional career as a Network Engineer at Gaziantep Türk Telekom in 1987. After working on several tasks as a manager in Teleteknik A.Ş. between 1989 and 1994, he joined Probil in 1994. He worked as Sales Manager at Probil until 1999 and as the General Manager until 2001. He then worked as General Manager at Eastern Networks Türkiye between 2002 and 2007. While maintaining his position at Eastern Networks Türkiye’s Management Board in 2007, he joined Probil for the second time. Now he is the Chief Executive Officer of Probil and Executive President of the entire Probil group. Mehmet Ali Tombalak also works as the Deputy General Manager of BDH – one of the companies of the group. |

Ümit İlhan, CFO |

Ümit İlhan is a member of the Probil Management Board and Executive Committee. With a degree from the Faculty of Industrial Engineering at İTÜ, he worked as manager at companies in chemistry, print inks and information Technologies areas. Having joined Probil in 1998, Ümit İlhan works as CFO at Probil Group.

Alpaslan Gürsoy, CRO |

Alpaslan Gürsoy is responsible for Risc Management and Internal Audit. Between years 1989– 1994, he worked as Software and Education Manager at Özge Bilgi İşlem, which was one of Probil subsidiary. Within the same period, between 1990 – 1992, he worked as a software and education consultant at Istanbul Branch of The Chamber of Mechanical Engineers. He managed the Services Department for Probil between years 1994–1996.In 1996, after the establishment of ProServis, he took on the General Manager position and managed the company untill the merge of ProServis with Probil in year 2000. After the merger, he took on the Service and Operations Director position at Probil. In year 2006, after the establishment of BDH, the took on the General Manager role at BDH and continue this position untill July 2008.
Alpaslan Gürsoy, who had graduated from ITU Faculty of Mechanics, has a publication of “C Programming Language” with Özgen Gülmen in year 1991. |

| Esra Öztezcan, General Manager |

Esra Öztezcan has an Electronics and Communications Engineering degree from İTÜ. After studying for an MBA at İstanbul University, she studied Organizational Behaviour at Maryville University in USA. Since 1990 she worked at Merlin Gerin, Internet , Cisco and Microsoft Türkiye respectively.
She has been working at Probil since 2007. |

Necmi Ön, Vice General Manager |

Necmi Ön has an Electrical and Electronic Engineering degree from Yıldız Teknik University. He started his professional career in 1984 at Biltam and continued with ProNetwork A.Ş in 1997. In 2000 he joined Probil and worked as the Network and Security Solutions Director, Business Solutions Director and Vice General Manager. He currently holds the positions of Vice General Manager and CTO (Chief Technology Officer) at Probil.
